You buy a QNAP NAS, but what you get is a turnkey storage system. We receive it in-house, configure it to your needs (RAID, shares, snapshots, replication), ship it ready. Then we monitor it 24/7 from our NOC: drives, temperatures, throughput, volume integrity. If something smokes, we know before you do.
